WHY ARE WE THE BEST?
The owners of our company had over 20 years cumulative experience of organising and running exhibition stands for corporate clients with their products at major UK exhibition venues prior to establishing Lollie Dollies . We now apply this standard of professionalism to our event hire service, providing a level of all round excellence our competitors simply cannot match.
OUR MULTI-AWARD WINNING SOFT ICE CREAM
Our multi-award winning Italian ice cream has been sold in London and the Home Counties for over 40 years. When you taste our ice cream you will know that it’s quality is far superior to the usual cheap "bulk buy” mix offered by other companies. However, we do not charge more for our ice cream and we are known for our generous portions!
WE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN
We never book out our entire fleet of catering units on any one day. This means that should a mechanical breakdown occur we always have reserve vehicles on standby and because of this, we have never ever let a customer down.
WHATEVER THE WEATHER!
Many ice cream van hire companies abandon events if the weather becomes poor. This leads to other traders also giving up and leaving, often while guests are still arriving. Very quickly, months of preparation by event organisers is washed away. We will not leave your event, whatever the weather and this protocol has vastly increased our customer portfolio over the years.
CROSS CONTAMINATION / HOT DOGS
We do not sell any hot food especially hot dogs on our vans. This is because the smell of hot dogs and onions permeates throughout the van resulting in ice cream, cones, and toppings etc smelling and tasting of the cooked food. This cross contamination is wholly unacceptable to Lollie Dollies and our existing customers.

We hold 10 million pounds public liability insurance cover
Our staff hold a minimum of Level 2 CIEH hygiene certification
All our staff have completed an allergy awareness programme
We can provide food preparation and hazard analysis documentation
All our staff are CRB checked
We provide event risk assessment and HACCP
Our vehicles conform to low emission zone requirements
Our vehicles are licensed by all relative local authorities
